Marie Sarantakis is a prominent divorce litigator frequently representing high net worth and notable spouses in courtrooms throughout the Chicagoland area. She has earned the designation of CFP, as a Certified Professional Litigator, with the American Academy of Certified Financial Litigators. Ms. Sarantakis is also trained in collaborative law, arbitration, and mediation for those who prefer alternative methods of dispute resolution.
Marie Sarantakis has been recognized as one of the Top Forty Young Attorneys in the country by the American Bar Association (2023 On the Rise Award), 2023 Illinois State Bar Association Young Lawyer of the Year, named one of the Top Ten Attorneys Under 40 in Illinois for family law by the National Association of Family Law Attorneys, featured as a Rising Star by Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers in Chicago Magazine for five consecutive years, and has been named as a Fellow of the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.

Prior to starting her own practice, she interned for Justice Thomas Kilbride of the Illinois Supreme Court, the Kenosha County States Attorneys Office, and the Kenosha County Public Defenders Office.

Attorney Faraz Nayyar received his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve School of Law and is admitted to practice in Illinois, Missouri and the Northern District of Illinois (U.S. District Court).
